Is the US$ 10,000 prize under specific requirements?

Yes, the US$ 10,000 prize is typically awarded to creators who meet specific performance criteria, such as generate 2,000 subscribers paid per month or a cumulative 12,000 over 6 months, put a minimum US$3 subscription fee and post content minimum 3 times a week.
